Today Bryce headed back to college after coming home for a quick Fourth of July.
Watching him leave reminded me how much my definition of success has changed.
There was a time when I measured success by production, awards, stages and growth.
Today, I still believe in building great businesses.
I just believe the reward for building one should be having the freedom to be present for the people you love.
That’s why I’m passionate about building better.
Not because I want to work less.
Because I want to miss less.

Some of my favorite moments had nothing to do with business. Watching my boys chase their dreams, investing in myself, spending time with family, and being reminded that the best opportunities aren’t always the ones you say yes to.
I’m learning that building a bigger business means nothing if you don’t build a bigger life alongside it.

He pushes them, challenges them, believes in them, and loves them fiercely. There is truly nothing he wouldn’t do for @brycequinet and @brexquinet .
The older I get, the more I realize that great fathers aren’t defined by one big moment, they’re defined by showing up consistently, day after day.
Our boys are who they are because of the example they see every day.

I used to hear it all the time with @brycequinet, parents saying “enjoy it, it will go fast.” And it sure did. Now as I watch @brexquinet I realize this will be my last one.
One day the tournaments will end.
The rides home after games will end.
The countless hours spent in gyms cheering from the sidelines will end.
And as much as I love watching Brexton chase his dreams, I’m even more grateful that I get to be here for it. I’m going to cherish these next few years as I know how fast it goes.
I’m grateful I took a leap of faith and became an entrepreneur because I wanted options.
I wanted the freedom to be present for the moments that matter most.
Building a business isn’t always easy. There are sacrifices, risks, and uncertainty along the way.
But moments like this remind me why I did it.
If you’re raising kids while building a business, don’t forget to look up every once in a while.

May was one of those months that reminded me growth is never linear.
Highs. Hard conversations. Pivots. Wins. Uncertainty. A lot of stretching.
But when I sit back and look at this month I keep coming back to one thing: connection.
We reconnected with incredible people, had deeper conversations, and created experiences that reminded me why relationships are everything in business and in life.
One of the biggest highlights was officially launching @joinaccesscollective. Watching women gather around a vision built on connection, expansion, and access has been one of the most special things I have been part of. Our first dinner was just the beginning.
And behind the scenes I have been deep in building. AI workflows, automation, systems that actually create freedom in your business. It has been challenging and exciting and I genuinely believe this is where everything is heading.
May reminded me that the biggest growth seasons don’t always look flashy while you’re in them.
Momentum is being built. You just can’t always see it yet.
Grateful for every conversation, every lesson, and every person supporting this journey.
