Watching my boys grow.

A lot of gratitude.
Not every moment made it online, and not every lesson came with a highlight.

Every year feels like a reunion with friends from across North America. The relationships, conversations, and caliber of speakers are always next level.

One lesson hit me exactly when I needed it:

The most dangerous person in the room isn’t the one with the best ideas. It’s the one willing to execute despite uncertainty.
