May was one of those months that reminded me growth is never linear.
Highs. Hard conversations. Pivots. Wins. Uncertainty. A lot of stretching.
But when I sit back and look at this month I keep coming back to one thing: connection.
We reconnected with incredible people, had deeper conversations, and created experiences that reminded me why relationships are everything in business and in life.
One of the biggest highlights was officially launching @joinaccesscollective. Watching women gather around a vision built on connection, expansion, and access has been one of the most special things I have been part of. Our first dinner was just the beginning.
And behind the scenes I have been deep in building. AI workflows, automation, systems that actually create freedom in your business. It has been challenging and exciting and I genuinely believe this is where everything is heading.
May reminded me that the biggest growth seasons don’t always look flashy while you’re in them.
Momentum is being built. You just can’t always see it yet.
Grateful for every conversation, every lesson, and every person supporting this journey.
If you want to learn more about what we’ve been building, DM me AI TEAM and I’ll share the details of what we have going on June 19th in Scottsdale.

What nobody really talks about when you’re building a business and raising a family at the same time… is how much your kids are watching.
This trip felt rare in the best way.
Bryce is in college playing D1 basketball and we have limited days with him. Brexton just transferred schools and is heading into June ball and it’s been fun to watch him carve his own path as well as be recognized as of the top players in the state.
Between business, sports, schedules, and life… having everyone together in the same place at the same time means more these days.
There were definitely seasons where people thought we were doing too much.
The businesses.
The travel.
2 kids in 4 sports.
High academics.
The expectations.
But what I’ve learned as both a parent and entrepreneur is this:
Kids rise or shrink based on the environment, standards, and belief systems around them.
Our boys didn’t just hear us talk about hard work, sacrifice, and commitment…they watched it.
And now getting to watch them chase their own goals with confidence and discipline might be one of the most rewarding parts of this whole journey.
Sometimes the biggest win isn’t just the business you built… it’s the people you helped build along the way.
(now someone help me find a summer home there 😉)

Had to test out this new AI sketchbook trend and somehow it turned into a snapshot of my life.
The business. Real estate and being a sports mama. The goals, the growth, the stress, the dreams… all of it.
It’s kinda wild that something built from random conversations throughout the day can reflect your life back to you so clearly.
We’re definitely living in a different era.
If you did this trend too, drop an emoji below so I can check yours out.
I’m honestly loving seeing all the different ones pop up on my feed 🫶

Nobody tell you this when you build a team.
Profit is one of them.
Production goes up.
Units goes up.
GCI looks great.
The team grows.
And then you look at what’s actually left.
I’ve coached team leaders closing $75M, $100M, $500M+ in volume who are quietly stressed about cash flow. The business looks successful from the outside. The numbers tell a different story on the inside.
The ones who struggle aren’t struggling
because they lack production.
They’re struggling because nobody taught them how to build a profitable structure
before they started adding people.
We’re breaking it all down live.
The Profitability Gap.
Wednesday May 20th
9am PT / 12pm ET.
For team leaders and broker owners
who want to keep more of what they earn.

Time is non-refundable.
Choose wisely.
You can build a massive business
and still be there for the moments
that matter most.
But that doesn’t happen by accident.
It happens through intentionality.
Systems.
Leverage.
Boundaries.
Support.
Community.
Play BIGGER this week.
In business.
In life.
In relationships.
And in the moments that actually matter.

The real story behind the highlight reel.
In between the events, businesses, coaching calls, travel days, and everything people see online… there were also moments of exhaustion, pressure, guilt, and wondering if I was doing enough everywhere at once.
My boys have watched me build through hard seasons. They’ve watched me lead teams, solve problems, rebuild, take risks, navigate through work relationships and continue believing in something bigger even when things felt uncertain.
But they’ve also watched me show up.
For the basketball games.
The tournaments.
The late-night projects.
The last minute requests.
The hard moments.
The everyday moments that matter most.
Was I perfect? Absolutely not.
There were seasons where I felt stretched in every direction trying to build businesses, lead people, be present, and carry the emotional weight that so many mothers quietly hold.
But one thing I hope my boys always felt was this: No matter how busy life got, they were always the priority.
And while I’ll always reflect on the moments I could have shown up differently, I also realize they were learning something powerful the entire time.
They learned resilience.
Leadership.
Work ethic.
How to care deeply about people.
How to keep going when things get hard.
They go after their goals because they saw what was possible up close.
@brycequinet and @brexquinet, my greatest success was never what I built professionally… it was getting to be your mom while doing it.
@coachquinet31, thank you for being the steady foundation through all the seasons of building.
To all the moms building businesses, raising families, carrying pressure, leading people, and still trying to show up with love every single day…
I see you. 🤍
Happy Mother’s Day.

Wait for the last one 🤣
Most agents aren’t stuck because they don’t know what to do…
They’re stuck because they’re doing too much.
Go deep before you go wide.
Win your mornings.
Hire fast, exit faster if it’s misaligned.
Build demand before you pay for it.
Get in better rooms.
Elevate your brand.
And build systems before you build a team… always.
It’s not a lead problem.
It’s not a time problem.
It’s a structure problem.
DM me BIGGER if you’re done guessing, done outsourcing your strategy to AI, and ready to build real structure behind your business.

Everyone talks about building a big business…
but not enough people talk about what it takes to sustain it.
Because the truth is,
you don’t build something great alone.
Behind every big vision,
every long day, every risk
there’s someone helping hold it all together.
Someone steady.
Someone consistent.
Someone who shows up
whether anyone sees it or not.
And I’ve learned this:
Who you choose to build your life with will either expand you… or limit you.
I’ve been able to go all in, take risks, build, grow through multiple seasons
because at home, we operate as a unit.
So today isn’t just about a birthday…
It’s about appreciating the man who makes all of this work and the real MVP.
Happy Birthday @coachquinet31! Thank you for all that you do, we appreciate you! We love you. ❤️
