Looking back at August, I realized how many of these moments almost didn’t happen because I almost talked myself out of them.
I couldn’t even get on a flight home at one point.
I questioned the timing.
I overthought more than I probably needed to.
But somewhere along the way, I stopped trying to have it all figured out and just went for it.
Funny enough, those ended up being some of the best parts of the month.
I think we spend so much time waiting to feel ready or to have clarity when sometimes you just need to put yourself in the room and see what happens.
August was a good reminder of that.
Go. Do the thing. Adjust if you need to.
Get in the room. Take on the opportunity.
You never know what can come from it.
Some people learn AI.
And some people INSTALL AI.
Yesterday, we had solo agents, team owners + brokerage owners in one room doing exactly that.
Not chasing the newest tool.
Not collecting prompts.
Not trying to become AI experts.
We started with the BUSINESS.
Where are you the bottleneck?
